A Notary can only advise on Notarial Acts as per training and obligation by the state they are sanctioned to act as representative (notary) within Our Notaries will attempt at answering questions as accurately as possible but cannot under any circumstance give you legal advice.
Policies
- 24 hour advance notice required whenever possible
- A 50% deposit of the full service amount must be paid before the Payment must be paid online via PayPal - NO CASH or CHECK Notary is en-route.
- The remaining amount can be paid in person once the notary arrives and completes the service.
- Errors & Omissions caused by our Notaries will be completed free of charge.
- NO Cancellations/Refunds for same day appointments
- All signers MUST have a Government issued photo identification to present to the Notary: Drivers License, DMV ID Card, US Passport, US Military ID, Foreign Passport stamped by the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.
- If an appointment must be cancelled, you must cancel us by phone or email to confirm your cancellation. All appointments cancelled less than 30 minutes prior of a scheduled appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This does not account for same day appointments.
- Acceptable Meeting Locations: Your home, Your office, An attorney's office, A restaurant, A hospital, A convalescent home.
